  • Please send in only one form and one application, even if you think you fit two fields.
  • Please check the form carefully, making sure the url's are all correct. If you do not have a web site, please try to get one; it is much easier to evaluate an applicant who has a website with additional papers and such.
  • After filling out the form, PRINT out a copy and make this the top page of your application.
  • This should be followed by:
    • A brief letter of application
    • A brief CV
    • FOR APPLICANTS FOR ASSISTANT PROFESSORSHIPS ONLY:
      • A single paper or dissertation chapter that best exemplifies your work
      • Arrange for the placement file to be sent (consisting of three letters of reference and a transcript only)
  • Candidates should also provide a link to a professional web site that contains other relevant papers and materials pertinent to the application.
  • NOTE: The ONLY hard copy materials that should be sent are a copy of the web form, the letter of application, a brief CV (and for applicants for Assistant Professorships) a single paper or dissertation chapter, the letters of recommendation and a transcript. If other hard copy materials are needed (e.g. teaching evaluations) you will be contacted.
